   Wondeful book!
Thanks to someone else, I'm sure this won't happen again. Since my late 20s and early 30s, I have been suffering from migraines. It was a total surprise, I never knew there were so many triggers. However, I am not totally free but do feel that I have them under control now and am not taking so much migraine medication which is a huge relief. I'm so glad I gave up coffee and tea, because it was almost too good to be true.
A must read for any migraine sufferer!
It has helped me tremendously, suffering from intractable migraines for 15 years straight. It's been a long time coming, said Dr. Aronov, director of the Children's Hospital at Montefiore.
   Tame that headache
I was recently diagnosed with vestibular migraine and decided to help myself heal by gaining a better understanding of headaches. This book is a great read, filled with good advice, Raymond said. However, sometimes the remedy is in commonsense, organic elements, and patience.
   Might be out of date.
I bought this book because I had worked with a doctor who referred many patients to Dr. Buccholz and I had tremendous respect for him, Morgenthau said. It was a total disappointment, said Darl McBride, a lawyer representing Frey. The tone was condescending, the practical application was virtually non existent, and it seemed like he basically said if you can't be all in and give up all types of relief meds, his plan would not work, it added.
