I had heard so many good things about this cookbook that I had to buy it. I would suggest trying the recipe for Rosemary and Prosciutto Stromboli with some dipping sauce. Wow, it knocks your socks off, it is so good. The recipes are easy and love the times in this book for both the preparation and cooking.
   The Healing Kitchen has so many amazing recipes for people following an AIP lifestyle
In addition to recipes, you get so much information about paleo and autoimmune paleo. This cookbook is exactly what I have been waiting for. All the recipes are worth trying. I just received it and have made a few of the recipes and have loved them all so far!
   The BEST AIP Cookbook!!!
This cookbook is literally saving my life and my time! AIP recipes are not always that good, quick or easy to make, but every single thing I made in this book has been so tasty! Many of them reheat well and freeze, which is a huge bonus with this diet. I hate these ladies, who went through what they did, but I am thankful that they are able to share their knowledge and good recipes!

   Great recipes that taste delicious!
I have never prepared food, but have quite the collection of cookbooks and this is already worn. I have prepared meals for two weeks and every recipe is delicious! As a novice meal prepper, I don 't know how much work it involved, but honestly, it has been worth it! I feel better from the hypothyroidism with which I have fought for the last 10 years. I have more energy and I sleep better, too. Even lost a few lbs! My goal is to be healthier and I feel that this book helps me get there. One note regarding meal preparation when the category is 20 minutes or less meals, it can actually mean heat, sit and eat. I am an experienced cook and baker and I am in the kitchen for HOURS, making the recipes for the dishes on the menu. This does not include grocery shopping. Then : I suggest allowing yourself enough time, but I promise it will be worth it!

The book is used as a described book. The condition of the car was very good.
   Lots of coconut and plantains
While this book has some good recipes, a lot of recipes feature coconut and bananaplantain. The coconuts are a no-no for some with nut intolerances and the stars are what bring a lot of people to AIP in the first place. Many arthritis sufferers report reduced pain after a reduced starch AIP. The coconut is even used in many recipes that are not forward coconut. This book was disappointing in that sense for me. I would have loved to see a more mediteranean style ''. The recipes I tried were free, but in general, I received more benefit from recipe posters in the AIP groups supporting my book than I did from this book...

This book not only has so many great recipes, but also contains some very good nutritional information. I ordered this at my sisters's suggestion and am so glad that I did.
   Great AIP cookbook!
Book is an excellent book for AIPers. I love the recipies and the flavor of the dishes. If you have an issue with coconut milk, I would probably wait for purchasing this book. The cookbook, however, is excellent!
   Good AIP cookbook
I enjoy the recipes very much, but I think that almost all of them require some tweaking of flavors for my typical American palate. I know that it is difficult to get used to all the spices in my cabinet, but there are still a few things that work better. For example, in , Meatballs should never be just beef - it's too difficult. I'm going to try mixing some ground pork and coconut milk, and something like coconut flour to make them softer with a better texture. I think that every recipe needs more salt. Don 't be afraid of the shaker, gals! For example, if you cook two chickens at once, you need to change the cooking times. Other than adjusting things, I love all the ideas. It is very helpful to have at least a foundation for new AIP recipes. And I am perfectly capable of tweaking. That is why it is nice to have the paperback so that I can make many, many notes!
