   Ingredients not common, recipes not easy, meals not cheap
I made tons of recipes from Liz Moody. Her sweet potato soup, smoothies and chili's copycat egg roll tacos are also delicious. Recipes are not easy or fast, even her section called quick cooks '' is not easy or quick. Most of the meals are not nearly as good as the free ones she posts on her blog Instagram. I 'd check the money and save the blog instead.

   My New Go-To!
This is also particularly good for the Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe, because you will want to eat them all. Honestly, the cost of the book is alone worth it for this recipe. They are seriously the best cookies I ever had and come out looking like something you would find in a bakery. The recipe for frozen broccoli and basil soup is quick, easy and delicious. It is a new regular in my rotation! The last night I made the Indian-spiced root vegetable gratin and although I made a few more dishes in the cooking process than I might like, it came out so flavorful and nourishing that it was 100% worth it. It is probably the best thing ever to come out of my kitchen. This cookbook is delicious!

   Healthier together
This book changed my life. I have always been very interested in nutrition, but had not found a book that was interesting and delicious at the same time. The day I received this book, I think I spent over six hours just reading it and going through every single recipe, and it was amazing to learn why food is truly medicine. Since reading it, I have made many changes in my lifestyle, and I am so thankful that I read it. Every ingredient is easy to find and isn 't expensive. It is also great to be able to have a recipe that is really for 2 people, so that you don 't have to eat the same thing for the rest of the week. I've never recommended this book to anyone.

   Simple, Healthy, and Delicious
I made the way more vegies Bolognese. The recipe was simple and SO delectable. The most difficult part was chopping the vegetables -- my knife skills are terrible. I also made The Best Gluten - Free Chocolate Chip Cookies and I still can 't believe that they are healthy. They taste absolutely amazing! I'm slowly making my way through this cook book. It is now my go-to.

What is so brilliant about this book is that it acknowledges that having an accountability buddy makes being healthier so much easier. Once you find your Healthier Together, you will give you all the tools and delectable food you need to start cooking your way towards a longer, happier life. As always, Liz's recipes are creative, yet simple. I can't decide first what to do!

   Delicious!
I have not currently tried all the recipes in this book, but I LOVE what I have made so far. I also enjoy the author's writing and her whole vibe ''. I have never been inspired by a food book before, but her relationship with food and stories of cooking with her husband are very compelling. The last night I made the 10-minute poke bowl - it is amazing and I can 't wait to make it for a dinner party. The chewy turmeric - rosemary - popcorn is one of my favorite recipes of all time. Super simple, feels fancy and fulfills that après-dinner snack craving without lots of calories.

   My new staple!
Cookbooks by Goodbye are geared towards feeding a family of four on meat and potatoes. Healthier Together is my new favorite staple for me and my husband. The recipes are super easy to follow, I am happy that it includes fun and easy things like Enchiladas and no more leftovers for the whole week. Buy this book and cook with your partner, your friend, your mom or whoever you want.
