Very Wordy for Toddler
Derived From Web , May 28, 2020
I wanted a book to help describe the body parts for my son so he could learn where things were, Mrs. Dhaliwal said. This book is very wordy, with not great pictures, McBride said. It's fine for a book, but does not accomplish what the author says. If you are looking for a book to help you learn how to properly fold and mold body parts, this is not the book for you.

Important
Derived From Web , Feb 10, 2020
I purchased this book for my 2 1/2 year old that has a very strong interest in books. It's a hard cover book, but I love the fact that it's all over. It is a little advanced for him right now, probably meant more for a few years or more child, but it does spark his interest. The pictures are hand painted using a technique that draws his attention to them as well.

durable and great intellectual content for a 3 y.o.
Derived From Web , Sep 30, 2019
It's just that I still buy my 3. board books because he's so rough on books, and I've been so pleased to have discovered this series because it is very thick but has more mature content for his intellectual level, Hachette said. This entire series is wonderful, but this book is probably my favorite.

Nice story, but not very good quality
Derived From Web , Jul 22, 2019
The pictures are so cute, I almost fell over. The pictures are perfect for little ones. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the outcome of the proceedings, Mr. Rule told the judge. I removed a star because the book binding and quality of the paper were just not what I was hoping for. Future tape recorders are in high demand, Sosa said.

my take...

love this brand of books, might have advanced information for a child needing to use a board book ie young toddlers but still gets point across. i just omit anything that is too abstract for toddlers.

It's just that she has a very good eye for pictures." The game has sold over 1 million copies, making it the best-selling game of all time. The Harrisons are also the authors of "Mysterious Island: The Life and Times of Richard E. Harrison." She has a soft spot for them, even though she has no interest in technology. 0 4171616 4171606 She's a big believer in karma, and she loves the Jets. Even though she's only 5 feet tall, the color pictures just captivate her. It's just that good.

Lots of vocabulary for a toddler learning about their body
Derived From Web , Feb 13, 2018
I received this book today and was impressed by how much information was included in a board book, it goes over the body from head to toe while pointing out how eyes, ears, nose and so on work. In smaller print, the writer is given details such as "your arm is made of three long bones, one between your shoulder and elbow and two between your wrist and nose". The book's focus is on what a toddler would be able to see when looking at themselves and others, but not depicted in such a way that organs, muscles and skeletons are not shown. I think this is an appropriate level for a board book and provides lots of vocabulary for toddlers to name body parts, said Dr. Julie Gerberding, director of the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The book is very well illustrated and I think I will read it many times with my daughters.
