I like the book so far, but it suggests cleaning all the foods you have now and donating them. I plan to gradually incorporate plant-based foods... and I'm particular about taste, so I try a few recipes at a time. I like that there are a variety of recipes, but I need to prepare 20-30 minute dishes. It is ok so far, so it's ok overall.

I also ordered two of these two for each one of my daughters. OMG, this book was put together with so much love. She gives you a shopping list and weeks of meal planning ideas and preparation steps. There are intricate pictures of most of the dishes inside. I am so happy that I ordered a 3rd for me today. Then there is always a buy.

The layout of each page, together with the pictures and infographics, make it so that you actually WANT to go through the whole thing! When you get past how important it is, there is actually some really great information here that is easily digestible and extremely useful. By first starting with defining what protein is and why it is so important in our diets, you get a deeper appreciation for the rest to come. As a personal trainer with a lot of plant-based clients, I found that this book has been extremely useful not only in learning for myself, but also as a great teaching tool for my clients. I am very happy to have this in my arsenal as a fun and effective learning tool.
