   Great Horse Stories for Kids
I ordered this set for my 12 year old daughter and loves them! So do I, because they are well-written and contain some beautiful drawings to illustrate the stories. So many of the horse books and films written for girls have a heavy emphasis on drama and trauma and are Daddy-mother books that my daughter and I roll our eyes and joke about the fact. After ordering the first book, I bought the entire set and the dog series too. My daughter can read one of these in a little over an hour and loves them!

   Young Horse Lovers Will Love It!
As a teacher, my third grade students, who were horse lovers, really enjoyed these books. Many said that they were similar to the American girl series, but with horses. The are quick and easy reads. I bought these for my second niece for Christmas and the books arrived quickly and were not damaged at all.

   This is a wonderful series!
My daughter loves this series of the books! She is crazy about horses and particularly likes the fact that these books are told from the perspective of the horse! It is sometimes very difficult to read children - I have found books that use animals as characters are very engaging for young readers. My daughter also loves that each book has a different author because she feels it gives the reader more variety with characters, especially since each story is told by a horse.

   Our Young Equestrian Loves This Series
Our 9 year-old granddaughter would be riding horses more than anything else. But I try to promote reading with our little people and started this series with her as gifts and she loves it. Young books for great horse lovers.

   A great book for your horse lover
I was asked by a child in my life to form a book club with her and is a big fan of horses. The whole story is from the stars point of you and any kid who loves books about animals will enjoy this. It reminds me of a lot of the types of stories that American girl books tell. It is a fairly quick read.

I loved this book, it has a lot of history of the Native Americans and the book was so perfect, it made me cry and it made me feel that I can do everything I set my heart on : 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000010.

   My 5 year old read above average
My 5 year old reads above average and asked me to purchase these books, which are currently on Book 9 after receiving them in the beginning of December. She loves to read and reads everything, its problem is borrowing books from the library she always wants to keep them, I find myself purchasing books every few weeks. She just enjoys the series, I purchased the first book during the summer and asked me to purchase the series for the holiday when she comes off from school.
