   Non-Fiction book about apples
The pictures were really good and although I had to skip some of the lyrics for my students, they seemed to enjoy hearing about it. From looking at the pictures, we got some good ideas for apple projects we could do at school and outside of apples, cutting apples horizontally and vertically so that they could see the arrangement of the seeds first-hand, and making apple prints from this, etc.

How Do Apples Grow? was a great supplement to our science and nature curriculum!
We actually used this beautiful book as part of our science curriculum at our homeschool. It is loaded with awesome pictures and vivid facts about apples. The process from start to finish is covered in these pages in a way that really makes learning fun. I appreciate it!

Too high vocabulary for intended age
Love this book, but certainly at a higher level than advertised. While I love the idea and illustrations, I have to skip many pages with all the grades due to a high frequency of too advanced vocabulary. While I sympathize the intent, some vocabulary could have been left to make this book friendly to its target audience.

   Informative read.
Very informative '', actually. My son is a little young to understand what the book was about, but I look forward to even reading it with him as he grows up.

My twins are only 3, but are still interested in this book. I've also had it for my older children. It has a lot of scientific information presented in a way that draws the attention of even the little ones.
