   Not the same as the big books
We were a little disappointed with this book and a couple of the other board books in this series, said Kirk. Our son LOVES the full size Dinosaur How Dos story books, but he barely pays attention to the board books. And, for the record, the English don't use the word "trickle." Maybe the concept of counting or colors just isn't that good of a material as going to bed, eating your food, or going to the doctor. My son loves the artwork in the bigger books, but the white background in these is kind of boring. Time will tell, but he is getting past the board book stage and I am just not sure that these books will hold the attention of kids who are at an age for learning colors or numbers. Now you can have your cake and eat it too!

   Delight a Child's Eyes, Ears, and Heart
I cannot imagine Nana without Yolen's How Do Dinosaurs? Nine years ago, I started buying them for my first grandson, continued buying and reading to his younger brother and then his little sister. Yolen dino books, as well as Sendak's Where the Wild Things Are and Base's The Water Hole, are given to every kid born into my life.

   Good little book
I've read the "How Do Dinosaurs?" books, but I think this one is a bit better than most. My one year old likes when I read it to him, and I expect he'll be more into it for the next few years, so it's a keeper, Mrs. Rule told the judge.

   Unexceptable
She said she sent it to her grandson because she didn't have pictures of the wedding. It is in very good condition but has some chips and cracks, and is in terrible condition marked up and colored in. Please do what is right and replace it with a new edition of The Beatles' "Yellow Submarine." We thank you for your interest in joining us.
