Great book, durable, perfect for a dinosaur themed birthday party!

I bought this book for my son's birthday party. It was a dinosaur themed party and I had to buy this. I think it was a big hit. When I read the story to the kids, they loved it. The pictures are fun and the story was wonderful. My 1 year old wants to bring this with him and the book is very durable which will help.

We bought this book for my son because he was having a dinosaur party, but the entire book on every page says she doesn't like it for a boy. Very inappropriate Inuendos... Really? Does she touch the frosting?

I really like this book. Before buying it, I read the reviews that were against the book because the dinosaur was a girl and no boy dinosaurs. It shouldn't be a problem for a boy to get a dinosaur book if the main character is a girl, because there were female dinosaurs and nothing wrong with that. I bought it for my son because he loves dinosaurs and will be 3 in a few days. I just read the book and it's lovely. I know he will love it!

There is a book for younger children. I got this for my 3 YO son on his birthday and have had the opportunity to read it to him many times since then. It is a colorful and fun book that will hold their attention for a few minutes. It has the names of the dinosaurs that the kids can learn about, as well as opportunities to talk about what color the dinosaurs are. I think you'll both enjoy it if you get this for your younger children.

What a disappointment. The dinosaur is styled as a girl in this book. It refers to a family in a different way. Same sex couples, divorced, adoption, and other families are not allowed. We didn't want to read it to our grandson after previewing it. There should be warnings in this book so people don't waste their money. ?
