Cute drawings, but don 't depend on this book to provide accurate information. In Brazil there are no mountain gorillas.

Homeschool tool for the creative; Great for K-2 teachers, too!

Geography is often very difficult for small children. It is hard for little kids to conceptualize the whole world and how everyone is different. Showing them different regional costumes often causes a greater divide because they tend to be more common. This book makes everything friendly, welcoming, and cute! We used it with the monthly Eat2Explore dining club. It has made everything so much fun and has been the perfect pairing!

Always great!

We have taken all these books and we take time as a family to draw together. These books are perfect for that, because they are simple enough for even the more artistic forms, yet powerful and inspiring enough for the less artistic.
