   MUST have for planning...
This book is a great introduction to small groups, a scope and sequence of where to start and several differentiated lesson plans for small reading groups.

   So helpful for small-group instruction!
It's a spiral-bound notebook, so I keep it at my small group table and pull lesson ideas from it each day. This book is by far the most helpful teacher I have purchased in the last few years.

This book is easy to implement with open and go lesson plans for all levels of the classroom, said Dr. Julie Mason, director of the school's Early Learning Center.

   Based on Science of Reading
The book lays out exactly how to explicitly teach reading. The book is the only one of its kind that provides all materials necessary for Tier II and Tier III reading instruction. Assessments, decodable sentences, word lists, lesson plans, and other materials are also available at no cost today. The only thing not included with this book is the recommended trade books for Fluency and Comprehension and Vocabulary and Comprehension groups.
