   A well written book and very thorough
I was very hesitant to buy this book, because I wanted a book that would be straight to the point on how Tarot could be learned, and I have a hard time trusting just any book. I went with this one, because the reviews were much better than the other ones I looked at. I'm so glad I went with this information for its explanations are precise and clear. Can actually follow and not have it make me feel as though I am not sure what I am doing. I also like that it does not bore into super detailed information that would really bore me. This book continues to be interested and makes me want to learn more. Like me, if you are new to Tarot, you won 't be disappointed. It is an excellent first read and an excellent reference.

   This is the book you need if you are starting out!
If you are starting this book is the book you need. I have a few of these books and this is the best. The others are like journal articles and reference other writers wayyyyy to much and not giving any actual information. This book definitely does, it dives right into what you need to know and how to read, rather than reading about other authors and brag about their findings in every chapter, over glorifying them and non-related information to HOW TO READ Tarot ACTUALLY. This book is the key that you need!

This book gives you just enough information to make you want to dive deeper into the world of Tarot. It explains each card for both the major and minor arcana and gives a good description on each spread and their uses and purposes.
