My son likes the book. The subject matter is not as gruesome as one might think from the title. It's very well done, and even talks about gossip, embarrassing parents, embarrassing situations at school, and bee swarms. The boys in his class asked to borrow it, and then pass it around. I like to see boys excited about books and reading. This is exactly what the bill is.

I bought it for a young child. There are lots of adult themed tips and age appropriate advice. It took 3 weeks to arrive. It got 4 stars instead of 5.

Can't recommend, read far better books with similar theme.

I bought this for a child who is anxious. Hopes for humor and tongue in cheek approaches to problems. The book is not for releasing concerns or offering suitable solutions. I've read better ones.

Not the best sense of humor
Derived From Web , Sep 30, 2020
I got it for my son who doesn't like function and likes fact books and encyclopedias, but he stopped reading it after a while. He said that it makes fun of situations. He mentioned that it shows parents in a bad light. There must be something wrong with the way the material is presented if a 10-year-old gives feedback.

Books Are Not New, Despite Selection
Derived From Web , Apr 27, 2019
The book was used even though I ordered a new copy. I thought I was giving it as a gift to a young boy, but the description is definitely misleading. The corners are bent, the edges are bending, and the cover has knicks on it.

I bought this for my 13 year old son. He keeps it in his backpack so he can read it when he's free. I'm pretty sure he likes it because he tells me about it every once in a while.

I have learned some great facts, but now I am scared of an alligator coup
Derived From Web , Oct 19, 2018
I bought it for my 10 year old. I am very scared that crocodiles and alligators will take over the world because he has been reading it to me. It didn't give us enough information about surviving alligator or crocodile attacks. After learning that crocodiles can swim in the ocean, I am freaked out. My son and I have become friends because of this book, which gives some great facts and advice and has made us bond over searching for more information. It has led to some interesting dinner and car conversations, as well as nightmares of being chased by crocodiles in the ocean.
