I love reading these types of books. My soon-to-be kindergartener is able to read the words and learn the sentences, boosting her confidence in reading. Even if she just mesmerized the short book, she sees the word and says what she remembers that word to learn to read those words. Plus, it is Barbie and she is 5, so it is very cool to her.

I bought a Barbie Vetus set for a child at Christmas. I love the idea that I can give them a toy with a matching story book, I love the idea that I can give them a toy. I think it a bit nerdy, but I love the idea that a little girl would play with a toybook that encourages her for a very smart future!
