   Can’t say enough good things
There is a reason why this book is rated so highly by so many people. It is one of the BEST children's books we have ever read. My 3 year old son adores this book the fun rhymes and whimsical illustrations, and my 18 month old is also engaged. The book is very well written and carries a much needed and important message for the little ones.

   The Best Mantra
We almost love this book as much as we love ourselves. I have inherited issues of self-worth and have been working to resolve this so that I don 't pass it on. We usually read this most nights before the bed, so we sleep in a blanket of self-love. Pretty Miss Too Fly loves herself and I am grateful.

Positive introduction to self esteem for young children
Beautiful book with simple bold colors, great for baby. Very robust holds well to an eager baby wanting to turn the pages. The positive message focused on self-esteem that is not focused on the body.

   Love!
We love the original and I bought this so my grandma could read to them in Spanish too. They got a kick out of it all! It is smaller than the original, but it is perfect for our toddlers.

Great story interpreted in two languages
Book Cute talks about self-esteem. I like that it is NOT a literal translation ; it is more about the version of the story in each language and each rhym and makes sense in their own way. If you want to show this book for the exact meaning of words in each language, this is not for you.

   Como Soy!
We are working on being bilingual so that this is perfect. The pictures match and the English-Spanish translations are there so that she can see both.

   Not accurate translation
The translation is not a true translation. It is true bilingual, but ughh, I just want a cute book for children. Where, what is said in a language is as close to accurate as possible in the other language. If you don 't mind a loose translation, then go ahead and buy the book.

   Read over and over again!
My two-year-old son loves this book. It is one of my favorite all-time favorites. We read it for the first time at his grandmas house over a year ago and had to get our own copy in board book form. One of my son's first words was “ purple polkadotted ” because of this book— we laugh every time we read about the purple purple lips! Having two languages at a time is cool, but also a bit of a look at first. I don 't even notice it now, so it doesn 't affect the reading flow, but some might not like it.

   Cute empowering story
My toddler and I adore this book. I bought it originally at Costco and didn 't see it. I've so decided to use it and was excited that there was a bilingual version.
