   Best book ever
I chose this rating because if you read it, you would know that it has the word BLOOD in it so much, but I like how it can help children write a report on the Battle of Gettysburg, I recommend this book to John-Micheal Sheperd.

   Another excellent read. . .
During our home school sessions, I bought this for my son. I read ahead of time and could not put it down! Lauren Tarshis'writing style makes history come alive for young readers, and is also entertaining for adults. There are also bonuses in the book. My 9 year old loves these stories.
