I have never written a review before, but I have to for this book because it is amazing. It will make you laugh and cry and take you on a journey of self-discovery while focusing on mental health. I hope you love it just as much as I do.

Needs a better fleshed-out ending
Derived From Web , Jan 25, 2022
Until the end, this was a pretty good book. I loved how they dealt with mental health issues. How they showed the development of Mickey's relationship with Caulder. The issues between Mickey and his father are. Obviously, the gaybipan issues are serious. But the ending... I got to the ending and I was like, is this a cliffhanger? I don 't think it is, but the ending was so rushed. All you see throughout the book are the battles... with mental health, coming to terms with their sexuality, who is going to be number 1 in the draft... there is no resolution. I am not looking for a HEA ending, but come on!

A little meh
Derived From Web , Jan 18, 2022
I'm not exactly sure how to feel about this book. I ate nearly half of it in a day. I loved it and couldn t wait to see how everything would be resolved. Then I got to the last 10% and I kept thinking, How is this going to be wrapped up and feel satisfying at the same time? It didn 't leave me feeling all warm and gooey inside, like I hoped it would. This isn 't a bad book per se. I've expected a lot more from the climax, with a lot of unresolved issues. I wanted more for these boys and felt cheated in a way when I got to the end. My thoughts, so overall? Depends on what you want to read as a reader from this. All my thoughts and opinions on this book are my own.
