Great books for tiny destructors!
Derived From Web , Mar 16, 2022
These books are great. My twin boys are 1 years old and have done everything in their power to stay in these books. I wouldn't use them as storybooks per se, but my kids love bringing me their favorite books and pointing to the pictures so I can say the words for them. The fruit book is a favorite because it shows the colors and names of the fruit and vegetables. These are small and easy to pack for trips in the car or plane, and you don't have to worry about damaging them. If you have littles who handle things a bit more roughly, this is a must buy.

My toddler has been reading this book for a long time. From birth to 2 years old. She was entertained and taught by it. Good to have small children.

They really are indestructible
Derived From Web , Oct 5, 2021
It wasn't appropriate for my baby girl to play with or chew on sheets of paper. I found these and thought they would be a great substitute. I don't have to worry about her chewing on it because it's lightweight and feels like paper. I bought a lot of different ones.

Indestructible for the win. Good way to introduce foods
Derived From Web , Aug 17, 2021
Anything against a baby will lose. Indestructible are not vulnerable. A baby can chew, pull, crumple and throw. It can be washed off and put out to dry. I ordered a new book a while ago and the picture shows a comparison of the two books. I don't have to be afraid of the books that we purchase for the library getting destroyed before my baby can read them, as this makes interactive reading with my little one so much easier. It is indestructible for the win.

Great Book for Young Learners!
Derived From Web , Jan 1, 2021
I love my books and this one is no exception. I usually don't use books with young students because they tear the pages or throw them across the room, but my book has been through a lot and still holds up. The simplistic nature of these books allows the reader to expand on the language with their own observations to promote language-rich opportunities for the children, and I believe these books are indispensable for those caring for or educating young children.

COVID proof and wonderful!!
Derived From Web , Nov 2, 2020
I've been buying these books for a long time. I own a child care center. They are essential for my children. They are very strong. The children can chew on them, roll them up, bend them, and then wash them. I put them in the sink and scrubbed the pages. I had to remove all of my books from the play spaces because they aren't dishwasher safe, but I didn't have to remove the ones that are not. I went to the publishers website to see if they had new titles. Keep em coming. The children and I love them. It's!

good and bad
Derived From Web , Jan 9, 2020
We bought a couple of Indestructibles books for a very destructive special needs toddler who loves ripping them apart and chewing on them. The two Indestructibles books we ordered are colorful and seem to be able to survive for a while. The books are about 10 pages so there is no fourth and fifth star for this review. It's not a book. The books feel more like pamphlets or brochures because of their thinness. That was disappointing. The covers and pages remind me of vintage oilskin. They do seem to be tough. If there was more than 25 or 50 pages, we would order more Indestructibles titles.

Good, quality books
Derived From Web , Nov 24, 2019
Indestructibles are what we love! My daughter can handle them all. She and the book are safe. They're the same price as board books, but are thinner and better quality. There are a variety of brightly colored foods in this book. It doesn't have a story, which would have been nice to know as I was expecting it to be about meal time. Still nice.

Toddlers love them.
Derived From Web , Oct 11, 2019
I am a teacher. My class is comprised of 18 months to 2 years. My kids like to read. The problem I had with paperback and board books was that the kids were tearing the pages and breaking the spins of good story books. I needed something that they could play with, fight over, throw, step on, and generally survive the wave of toddler abuse. I bought different versions of these books and they have held up. The kids like talking about the pictures. They like to sit with the baby dolls and read to each other. I don't see them as teaching tools. I can keep the regular story books out reach and still have the requirement of having books at their level without fearing that they will destroy another expensive story book. I will be buying more.

My son abuses these books and they are still in good condition. I usually put it underneath heavy books to fix it.
