Fun and engaging for kids and parents!

My son loves this book. He wants to know what will happen with Mango and Brash. The book was cute and the mystery factor kept Jr interested. I was surprised at the quality of the book, although it was printed in China, they used high quality thick paper and the book had 200 pages of excellent color graphics. The problem is getting Jr to put it down and go to bed, and what to do after we finish the 3rd book in the series. The author artist has been praised.

Our New Favorite Book!

My 4 and 6 year old loved it, so did I. This was the most enjoyable book we'd read together as a family. I've never been a fan of comic books before, but this has changed my mind. I was relieved that there was no potty humor. We looked into the Dog Man series because of the great reviews, but I was very disappointed in the language used. You don't find that in this book. The book had fun puns and plays on words that made it funnier for adults. We will pre-order any InvestiGator book that comes out in the future.

An amazing book!

My son received a book for his birthday. He finished a different book. He decided to read for 30 minutes tonight. The kid loved the book. He didn't put the book down and read the whole thing. He asked for more books. I ordered book 2 before I went. It was great to see a smile on his face while he was reading. Then he would laugh. And then more laughing. A great book.

A good read for little kids

A good comic book for kids. The book was chosen for a summer reading club. Since the story line jumps around it is difficult for her to follow. We talk about what happened in one chapter at a time. I believe challenging my girl with a more complex read will help her comprehension.

There are sometimes many months between the release of new work by Dav. InvestGators is a great novel for fans of this genre. The humor is age appropriate, the illustrations are eye catching, and the storyline keeps the child's attention. We appreciate the book you wrote for our little graphic novel lovers. My son wouldn't put this book down. We had to pry it from his fingers to take a break. My son says that you don't need any learning apps to read, you just need to find the right book. There are more books in this series that we want to read.

Perfect for a family of boys!

At story time last night, I had my 4 older boys with me for this book. I thought we would still read a little since they were excited about getting it in the mail. They loved it! They asked for more. We would have had the whole thing read if I had started it after lunch. After I sent them to their beds, I flipped through it and I am sure they will enjoy the rest of the day. The next book is something we look forward to. The 1 year old is listening and hanging out with the 7 year old boys. A big thank you to a great book! I know my 7 year old will enjoy reading it on his own.
