I don't usually read books. A story is a personal thing to the reader. I liked this book even though I found it predictable. The characters were prone to pontification, and I found myself rolling my eyes. There were only a few points that I felt were over the top. It was a pretty good read despite that. It would be a pretty good series with more character development. I paid regular price for this item and didn't get any compensation for it. There is a correlation

Favorite author. I have bought all her books, even the ones from years ago. Leaves you wanting more.

Love her books. They never gave up on me. It makes you want to read the next book to find out what happens. Awesome author as she writes many different styles of books. There are mysteries, romance, suspense, and so on. Highly recommended. I purchased all of her past books. The author often publishes more than one book in a month. Favorite author.

Interesting plot but it was too easy to lose my enthusiasm to keep reading.

If there were no errors, I would give the book 4 stars for the overall story and the 2 main characters. I like Lynch and the Kendra. They make interesting characters. I would have liked it more if they had done more acting. Too many self analysis for me. There are lots of points for the plot and subplots. I bought two of their books for two reasons. I wanted to give them one more chance to see if they could produce a book with no errors and use more verbs for facial expressions and less words like twitching, twisting, or curling lips. I'm happy that there was no woo. My lips are not straight.

Excellent book

The book was a page turner. I was reading all night. The characters were developed to be likeable, hateable and loveable. The mystery and thrill of what would happen next made me enjoy it. There were a few moments where the characters seemed to chat too long for me. I skimmed the parts. They were well written and gave insight into the characters. I'm a reader who likes the thrill around the corner. I still gave the book five stars because I thought it was good. It's a great book.

Strong Female Character!
Derived From Web , Feb 14, 2022
Before this book, I had only read the series with Eve Duncan. Dr Michaels is a great character! A woman with an incredible skill set is the result of a unique background. A strong male character is needed to balance out and that's what Adam Lynch is. They are unstoppable in the book. There is a lot of fast paced action that makes it a page turner. I'm going to download the next book by Kendra Michaels right now, I'm sure you' ll like it.

Great Start for a Series

The writing by the team was wonderful. There is a depiction of a music therapist. A search is underway for a missing FBI agent. It's a good idea to recommend.

Thrilled 💜

It was amazing! I was transported into this book and was able to follow the duo through the mystery. The characters on this journey made me feel angry, frustrated, helpless, and happy. Good luck finding out who the bad guys are until the author reveals them to you.

Hits it out of the park

I didn't think she could do it all again. I was mistaken. There are twists and turns in this series about a no- longer- blind music therapist. Absolutely riveting.

Supergirls don't cry - or something alon those lines.
Derived From Web , Jun 7, 2018
The book is entertaining, has a good story, and is fast. The over the top infallibility of the two main characters is my main criticism. Both are super efficient. It's only when she's needed somewhere else completely that she's out of one way to go. It's a bit annoying with the suppressed sexuality. On the other hand perfect entertainment, never a worry for your main characters, made of steel inside and out. Good guys prevail. The ex- boyfriend achieved immortality by being martyred in the process. That's good.
