   Journalist pretends to be expert
This is not true. A journalist tries to diagnose an entire gender in a book. The reason so many girls don't want to be female is because they learn how the patriarchy treats females. The patriarchy is trying to decide if females should be allowed to decide their own healthcare. Would you like to be a female? I do not.

   Informative
This book was very informative and eye opening. This "transgender" craze is both tragic AND preventable. Be the parent in your child's life, not their friend. Today's society is setting up an entire generation of young girls to hate themselves, to mutilate themselves, to destroy their lives before they even had a chance to truly live it.

Damaging book with no factual support
The book is ignorant and disgusting. There are no facts to back up the claims made by the author. Her points are based on studies that have been proven to be false. The author and those who support the baseless so called "facts" in the book try to use those to create laws discriminating against trans people.

   Unsatisfied!
I didn't want a audio rendition of the book. I found it hard to follow. It left a lot to be desired when I tried to print it. Sometimes the pages were cut off at the bottom and not continued with the next page. I want the book to be as I wanted it to be.

   Not transphobic
The book looks at the trans phenomena that seem to come out of nowhere with these young girls. It shows the difference between legitimate gender dysphoria and this one. The quiet part made the noise. Many of us in our professions have these things. We can still show compassion to those with gender dysphoria. We can discuss it now. In twenty years, when the children were encouraged to disfigure themselves, they asked why we didn't protect them.

   Excellent. Think critically
I am writing the review because I believe the book is being edited. The book does not take extreme views. The details of the issues surrounding young girls transitioning to boys are covered. Is it not possible to have critical thinking in this country? If you read this book, you will have a mind blowing experience.

   Unfounded transphobia
This was published. Terrible example of fear mongering and lack of interest in the people in question.

   Wow... no.
Who came up with this? Is it compassionate? Is it a monstrous ideological fad? Being ostracized by family and friends leads to many mental health issues. Accepting and loving our kids is love. The book is dangerous and an utter disgrace.

   Dangerous ill-informed book
The book should have a warning label. This book is full of fear mongering and grossly ignorant as a gender care therapist. It's dangerous for families who want to figure out how to support their children.

Interesting opinion, but want more science.
Well written. Excellent reading! I think it's more of an editorial or opinion piece. I will follow up with more stringent research articles from other books. I applaud the point that we can support questioning youth without agreeing with everything they say about their sexual identity and orientation. They have limited life experience, they are children, and they depend on adults in their lives to keep them from making life altering choices.
