She had so many questions about puberty, and this book covered it all. It also let her know that I was here for her and that I was interested in what was going on with her, Mr. Dhaliwal said.

Nice and informative!

This book is great. The only problem I had is that it cover almost the same topics as The Care of You. I purchased them together and wish I had only purchased the other.

Very Informative for Young Girls
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
My daughter's questioning almost always started with, "Is it normal if...? So finding this book was an answer to my prayers, Mary. I didn't mind answering my daughter's questions that were often very personal and somewhat uncomfortable for both of us, but I bought it because it would be helpful for her to have a book that she could read through and also keep as a reference. She seems to be less fearful of the changes that she notices in her body. She has also read Elizabeth Gilbert's The Care and Keeping of You, which was also a great read. Next year, I will probably buy the second book.

Bought this book for my 11 year old and I have to say, it was amazing. I immediately gave this book to my daughter and asked her to read it and then to ask any questions she had.

Glad I purchased
Derived From Web , Sep 26, 2018
I have looked everywhere for a book that explains these body issues, read hundreds of reviews and I am glad I did. I read this entire book before giving it to my daughter. Four pages. There is absolutely nothing inappropriate about these pages, Sosa said. The book is written with great care and attention to detail, giving brief, but thorough information. I was glad to see some of the subjects -- which I believe will help my daughter feel less alone in her experiences, said Blair.

Probably better for a older girl maybe 10/12 or older

Not exactly what I was expecting from the trailer. It's probably best for a girl who has at least 10 years left to live.
