   Solid, Biblical Advice
I' ve read several books on leadership and this one is near the top of my list. It is readable and profound. The author condenses a lot of timeless principles into 200 pages. Most readers are familiar with the idea of servant leadership, so it is not new. The fresh way he talks about those principles is refreshing. The servant- sayings scattered throughout the pages are my favorite aspect of this work. The author says that you will never become a servant leader until you become a servant to the leader. You are not the leader until the group you are leading says so in an excerpt. Servant leaders wait for God to exalt them. I recommend this book to all Christian leaders because it was highly recommended to me.

   Good book for those wanting to look at leadership from a different perspective
There are some good principles in this book. It is biblical in nature and there are lots of great insights. A lost art is servant leadership. This book could be 13 shorter. The author does a great job of explaining the same concept in many different ways, which leads to an extra length in the book. I would recommend it.
