Incredible! Wish stuff inside was more secured
I cannot recommend this book highly enough. I only wish all the loose goodies like the story boardscript booklets, in-universe business cards, stickers, etc., were held in place by something more substantial glue. I can't leave this on my coffee table because all that cool stuff is barely secured and I don't want it falling out when someone looks through it without knowing there are a bunch of nearly-loose stuff between some of the pages. Like cmon, put little folder pockets on the pages instead of locking them inside the binding, or secure them with perforations consumers can use to detach the item if they want. Only in the hands of a passionate dinosaur fan would this be a great buy, perfect for any Jurassic fan. Even with the extra goodies, I'd still buy it.

Filled with goodies for the JP fan!
An exploration of the making of the first three Jurassic Park films. Beginning in 1983, when Chrichton began working on the original novel and following the production from concept to screen. Filled with concept art, story boards, diagrams and behind-the-scenes photos, this book is a true visual delight. The book also details behind the scenes looks at production woes faced by the cast and crew as well as a ton of removable bits of memorabilia ranging from pages of the script to an official jurassic park badge and even stickers. A detailed and exciting read accompanied by the excitement of finding a winning interactive prize. It was a blast, said JP Morrell, executive vice president of the toy company.

   Good, but not great
I would have them put it in a packet at the end of the book rather than seed them throughout the pages. Some of the production I wanted to see from the original 'Making of' was not in this version of the book, although it was nice to see larger versions of the originals this time around. Also, I noticed that the research was being done with a certain piece of concept art. Overall it is a great book, and it was especially nice to see concepts and art regarding the latter two movies, troubled as they were at the time. Recommend.

Good book, however “Special Items” damage the book with glue stains
While the book itself and the presentation are great, the inclusion of 19 amazing inventions by Dr. Peretz is where things get messy. Now I didn't know the book included special items and the items themselves are pretty neat, but the random gluing of the pages adds to the book's appeal. Simply put, glue leaves a stain on both the pages and the items. In fact, I can't even begin to imagine why the book would be put in the beginning of the book in case the contents were damaged. It looks like oil-based glue, but leaves an oil stain where ever an item is placed, which is throughout the entire book. It's just puzzling as to why they chose such a self-destructive method of including the items that literally damage the book and items. 0 262616 262616 The book is great, it's just puzzling as to why they chose such a self-destructive method of including the items that literally damage the book and items.

Jurassic Park The Best Jurassic Series
I was 4 when I was cast as a guinea pig in the "Jurassic Park" series. Ever since seeing Dr. Grant and Tim in that tree with the Ford Explorer I was caught by movie magic of Jurassic Park. This book is full of some already known facts, but I found new stuff too. This book has some great gifts too, including a JP brochure which includes a map of Isla Nublar which the only one I can find on Amazon was framed by itself.

Not really a must have, but a good addition
Most of the pictures are available on the Internet, including Jurassic Park and The Lost World. I was hoping that we would get some alternate colors for the dinosaurs concept, but alas no. It's a summation of the making of the movie. It's not an in depth story, but just the highlight moments, McCartney said. If you're a hardcore fan, you would know everything about the show. The bonus items were handled so well, they were glued onto the page, Mr. Dhaliwal said. Fortunately, you can remove them using the tweezers. But it would have been better if they had included a pocket on the back cover, especially for its original price.

   Enjoyable but not "Ultimate"
This is not the Ultimate guide one would hope for, as it is actually missing many nice pictures that would have been nice to have, and there is nothing particularly surprising about the rest of the book. Some of the pictures, most notably the cover, have been modified from their original versions.

   MUST HAVE!!!
I've read all the books, but this is by far the best. Concept art and storyboards for the film are also available. They have the designs they used for the movies and this inspires me to draw more. It's great to be back home, said Jurassic Park fan Chad Kilpatrick. It's worth it, Tunick said. Home Forums General Motors General Motors News What's new?

When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth - The Ultimate Visual Guide
This is a must have for any Jurassic Park fans. This book is highly recommended reading for anyone who has ever worked on the original trilogy. I am also a huge Lost World Jurassic Park fan, so, gaining tons of preproduction facts and artwork about the filmmaking process makes this book super useful to geek out on. As a bonus, Microsoft will give employees a 5 percent equity stake in the company. The book is filled with goodies inside, which doesn't damage the integrity of the pages nor binding via removable glue spots. Some of the things you get are _dinosaurcharacter concept art, storyboard,a brochure, popular action figures list _ making the book feel official, added Harrison Ford.
