Fun for little kids and their parents
The Little Critter books cover a lot of different things. The kid needs to get into the bed. My husband and I liked it more than my children did. The youngin' doesn't want to take a bath because he is busy being a general, doesn't want to put on his pajamas because he is being something else, and once in his pajamas doesn't want to get in his bed. The book reflects the realities of a child and the people who love him, and his parents are calm and patient.

   Very witty story^_^
I didn't know what to think of the book when I bought it for my baby. This is a fun book, with a little animal that doesn't want to sleep. It's easy to read to my little guy because it has a nice narrative and illustrations that make it fun to read to him.

   Not a happy book
I bought this book for my toddler because I loved this series as a child. It is not happy-go-lucky like I remember. It is funny how your child remembers. I try to be aware of what I show my son and model to him, as the characters look unhappy to me now as an adult. I decided it wasn't the book for us as I read it to him.

   Disappointed...
I have never been disappointed when buying books, but now I am. The book left a lot to be desired, it didn't seem to have a stopping point, and my 2.5 year old was completely disengaged, he loves books and reading. The front and back covers of the book are where the blocks of color are and the names of the colors are. I wouldn't recommend it.

These books are the sweetest!! ❤️❤️
These books are very sweet. I bought some whenever I saw them. I have kept the books with hope that one day I will be able to read them to my grandsons. Thank you, Mercer, for your kind words. .

   A generational favorite
When I was a child, this was my favorite book, and now it is my daughter's favorite book. We read it all night. It is cute and fun. My 1 year old is a bit rough on the pages, so we have been through a few of these, so I wish they would come out with a board book.

   Little critter’s gun
There is a simple little story. It was quick and easy to read. Each page has one to two sentences. My two-year old loves it and we have read it several times. I wish it did not have illustrations of a toy gun. It is a realistic looking gun on two pages. My daughter is asking what is on each page. We like the little books but they may not be in rotation for a while.

   Cute and short
I read this book to see how easy it would be for my 7 year old to read and how much fun it would be. It's short but it doesn't have a story line. It's all about dad saying what it's time for as the little guy does what he wants. It's cute, but I paid less than $4.

   Library binding is best.
I used to enjoy this book with my parents, but they lost it over time. I was reminded of when I was a kid when I saw it on Amazon. My daughter and I both have read the same story, so I am sharing it with her. As we read the book together, I can share my warm feelings.

Cute book. Kids bothe liked it
The book is cute. Every night we read to each other. The kids can pick out a book. The book was good for both of them. The 9 year old daughter liked it and the 4 year old daughter paid attention.
