Easy daily activities and prayers for anyone with busy schedule or doesn't like heavy reading
I like that it breaks into daily things to do. The only thing I don 't care about is that the book mostly references My Higher Power instead of God. And in other places they declare God. I know that they used My Higher Power because not all people believe in God, but the inconsistency of using it sometimes and sometimes not rules their initial purpose of using it. I wish it would state God throughout the. But other than that great issue, it is a small book and I can 't wait to give it to my friend to use daily in his sobriety journey.

   Daily break
Just what the doctor ordered for travel and convenience - still have my daily readings at my finger tips - my hardcover copy was 15 years old and a little worse for wear, not to mention it is in three pieces - and this brings me right into the century - One Day at a Time.

"Keep It Simple" A Small But Powerful Book
As a counselor in an inpatient detox facility, I find this book invaluable. Its short but poignant readings make it the perfect way to start a group conversation. It gives the clients something to reflect on.

   Mapping the Day
These daily mediations have been a companion for many years. They are Christian-based, however offering a universal, simple focus for the day. I have used these little meditations for years, in my own life and on training programs for people in recovery and/or working with those seeking serenity in their lives.

Keep it Simple, Daily Meditations for Twelve-Step Beginnings and Renewal
Keep It Simple is indeed simple to use and apply to daily living. The format is familiar to many a quote of the day, often from the Big Book, followed by a meditation, a prayer and finally an application or action step to carry out during the day. On my Kindle, Keep it Simple indeed makes it simple to follow my program daily!
