   Best Keto Recipe Book! Worth every penny.
A recipe for Keto Italian soup made me and was delicious! I have made “Zuppa ” with potatoes for years, but this recipe uses radishes instead. It sounds like a crazy swap, but I am now a believer! Can 't wait to try more recipes. Easy to read book, beautiful photography and well organized.
   Keto food is not all good.
Keto recipes are not made up like it is supposed to be for taste. Bread, cupcakes,even some of the more good dishes aren 't main. I am a very good cook before keto. And threw a lot of food away. Even some of them took to others. There is no body like them. I have said that I am a good cook. Other has said : So, I know what the food is supposed to taste like.
   Excellent cook book
This is an excellent cook book for those introducing keto cooking to a new level. Recipes work great : The only difficulty I run into is with the format of the nutritional information : Sometimes it is difficult to decide serving size and exactly what is included in the information. For example, she provides a basic recipe with three alternatives for topping, but the nutritional information is only for the basic recipe. Having said that, I would probably buy it again.
   Too Busy for Keto? Not anymore!
In total, I have a two hour commute and the last thing I want to do is think about what is not only Keto, but delicious. These recipes are the most important : they are delicious!
   Loved this, but wish there were more nut free recipes.
Love all the recipes I can make, but because of my allergy to nuts, I have to change anything that is a baked good. Information for nutrition also depends on serving sizes, but there isn 't info on serving sizes, so that you have to guess. It is useless to have nutrition info unless you provide a serving size. Overall, I tried everything I loved. Keto is very tasty!
   Impressive cookbook
I learned about this cookbook by watching YouTube videos of Dr. Boz. I learned so much from these videos and I thought I didn 't need another cookbook, but I wanted to support Jennifer and Dr. Boz for all they have done. It is easy to understand. I have a book and plan to gift more and I now subscribe to her blog.
   Make sure to read nutrition facts!
The recipes in this book sound good and I even made a couple that tasted great, but I am not sure how accurate the nutrition facts are and serving sizes. For example, the meatloaf contains only 184 calories, fat 10.5 g, protein 8.3 g, carbs 7.3 g and fiber 15.7 g. I even tried to enter in the ingredients, but the book is nowhere near what the book claims especially for calories. I did really good at losing weight, I feel I have gained more by making and eating the foods out of this recipe book. According to another reviewer, I think that meals are on the higher side of the carbohydrate factor. For another keto cookbook, I 'll be cooking.
   This cookbook is just ok.
I bought this book based on how many good reviews there are, and felt that there needed to be a real voice. Easy keto for Busy people translates to bland '' food that is kind of keto with net carbs that are pretty high for each meal and usually take an hour-ish for preparation and cooking. Her portion sizes for meals are confusing, as it says something serves 4, but the food is barely enough to fill 2 adults. Which means you eat double the net carb per meal, as the breakdown suggests. Save your money, return it from the library, then borrow it again and look elsewhere.

I am on the fence, haven t tried any of the recipes. It does have great looking recipes, but the carb count is still high. I guess I was expecting more for someone who starts with 20 carbs or less. I feel it is more tailored for someone who is in their keto journey, maintenance.

I bought many keto cookbooks, but I have to say that for the price you are paying you really get a quality cookbook. It is full of beautiful photos. Instructions are clear - even a beginning cook could follow her directions! But the book is there. You will not be disappointed.
