   Its okay
I could have given it 3.5, but I can 't. It is not like the pout pout fish book or pout pout fish in the big, dark. It is much simpler and shorter. Special but nothin cut. Get the other 2 books that I mentioned instead.

The fish show love for each other. There is not much plot, some cute illustrations. I like the longer and larger Pout Pout fish books.

Our toddler loved it so much that we bought two other books in the series, including this one. The lesson learned in this book is that kisses mean love is not okay. And also why the hell would any parent teach that to their kid? What do you think?

She hugs and laughs and waves and does everything that the sea creatures do to Pout-Pout fish. It is very basic - only a few words per page, so it doesn't require a lot of attention from a child. It is just a fun, catchy book.

   catchy rhymes, beautiful pictures, easy to memorize for when young kids hold the book upside down, expecting you to still read
They are short, curly and inexpensive. We have paper back and board books, but the boards are better for the 1 year old. Its short enough that he can quickly become familiar with what page he should turn to based on what I am saying and it gives me just 5 minutes to clean up the dinner dishes in peace.
