Know your Bible quick and easy.

I received this for free to read it and give an objective review. This is a great short book for anyone who wants to get a grasp of understanding the Bible. If someone is a great Christian, it is new for them. If you are an old seasoned Bible reader, it is a great overview of each chapter. Small enough to put in your purse or briefcase and take it with you. Each overview of a book in the Bible is about a page and a half. So you can read it in a few minutes a day or great while waiting in line or at a doctor's office or in conjunction with your own Bible study. A good hand out or gift to give to anyone who wants to better understand God's word.

OUTSTANDING SYNOPSIS ON THE 66 BOOKS OF THE BIBLE THAT IS VERY UNDERSTANDABLE

The wonderful book was a small surprise for me and my wife. We both read the Bible, but this short synopsis of the 66 books is a quick study of information that we might have missed. I also use the book to share with others who share God's word with others in their ministry. I personally believe that many who read the book Know Your Bible '' will be encouraged to read a Bible and fully understand a book that gave them inspiration from the book.

I ordered this to use in the Bible - study. However, the authors seem to try to keep some of the texts light and hopeful after reading some of the text. This is fine except where it should not be. For example, they do not place as much emphasis on the judgment aspect of Isiah, as I feel is warranted. This seems more like something to get new Christians acquainted with the Bible and not a tool that could be used for a deeper study of the Bible. Not a new book to read, especially if you are a bad Christian. But not exactly what I was hoping for.

Like it, but wish it was not as simplified as it is. Very small pamphlet-like with cheap paper HOWEVER, have a basic understanding of all 66 Protestant books of the Bible after reading the original 77 books, as in the Catholic, Orthodox and the historical-source, original Bible.

Crisp, concise, and insightful summaries of each Bible book. Bought a second copy because I wore the first one out at the Bible study. Really helps to see the books of the Bible as one long connected story, which I find very helpful.

This book is right on the money. Heavy weight, easy to read and easy to understand. If you want the BRIEF breakdown on each book in the Bible, you have GOT to get this book!

Biased book. If you're a true Chriatians This would not be the book for you

They write it incorrectly for trinitarians, meaning that the author directly divides the word of truth. It is full of biased comment and summaries. This author clearly does not have the Holy Spirit and does not consider the only denominaton that divides the word of truth.
