   Great Kumon Division Book
Kumon makes pretty good workbooks, and this one is really good for kids who need a little extra training and good reviewing for the summer. My daughter does a prank every other day of the summer so that she doesn 't forget her division and multiplication. It starts pretty simple and goes on to problems with more steps to take. Your kids will thank you later with practice like this!

   Four Stars
There should be more instructions on how to solve the problems. My daughter ended up in the 3rd grade struggling with division, so I thought this would be a good way to improve over the summer. I was hoping it would have more directions on how to complete the problems, but there isn 't any. I had to teach my daughter how to do new common division, which I was a bit rusty at and not sure if it is up to sniff with the long way of division. She is a good practice and I guess so am I.

   Great Guidance
This year I chose Kumon, I purchased the whole collection of Grade 4 for my son going into 4th grade and the whole collection of Grade 3 for my son in 2nd grade. I later found out that my younger son had problems in some areas of Grade 3, so I bought Grade 2. This has been a great guide for my children and I. The books helped my children learn step by step and I really do see improvements. Its great for me to simply find the answer sheet to correct and it helps me to find out what their weaknesses are. Overall, I really like Kumon's workbooks compared to previous companies, I purchased because I see improvements. The next year I will purchase Kumon again.

   Pretty good
Kumon's strategy is pure repetition, so that after a short review of additionsubtraction the bulk of the book is pure division. My child needs practice so that it works ok-but he did get frustrated with the repetition. I also wish there was a little more room between problems on the long division pages, so that he could work without bleeding into the next problem.

   too much for one topic
My son usually spends 30 min for homework and studies each day. One language worksheet and one or two math worksheets. Yes, the title is Division, so I should know better. Gradual level single digit. Then double digit. Then three digit. I think it is important to practice simple calculations repeatedly for speedy skill, but for a little boy I felt like it is too much.
