   Kumon Without the Daily Grind
If your kid has been to Kumon, you know what is involved -- yes, the daily grind for the kid and parents. If you like the grind, you do not have to buy this book. For the rest of us, however, who questions this grind, this is an easier way to get the juice of the course, but without the endless repetitions at a fraction of the cost. The problems are not the same as what offers a Kumon franchise. But it did not really matter. I suggest that you do not allow your kid to mark the book to make this last part easier. However, I wish the book had been thicker with more problems - of course, a book of 80 pages can not be sufficient for the entire year, even if the price goes a bit higher.

   Excellent!
This is an excellent supplement to my child's education. The school she goes to is so woke and is focused on critical race theory that they reject proper education such as math, so that I cannot rely on public wkeducation so use this book.

Excellent Word Problems for 4th grade
This gives the boy I tutor a book to write and solve his maths work in. It follows the math standards and is great for zoom. In the back there is an answer key.

   Great Guidance
This year I chose Kumon, I purchased the whole collection of Grade 4 for my son going into 4th grade and the whole collection of Grade 3 for my son in 2nd grade. I later found out that my younger son had problems in some areas of Grade 3, so I bought Grade 2. This has been a great guide for my children and I. The books helped my children learn step by step and I really do see improvements. Its great for me to simply find the answer sheet to correct and it helps me to find out what their weaknesses are. Overall, I really like Kumon's workbooks compared to previous companies, I purchased because I see improvements. The next year I will purchase Kumon again.

Wonderful Easy and Fun Learning Product
Great way for your child to spend time working on math problems. Answers in the back of the book give step by step instructions on how they came to the answer. Would use this product again for the next level during the summer - Cbooker during the summer.

   Excellent Book for 4th graders
I bought this book for my fourth sixth student to help her understand the fundamentals of using multiplication and division in everyday life. This book helps her a lot! The chapters in this book allow children to practice multiple times the same problem. This helps them solve the patterns of remembering problems of a different type. The other benefit of this book is that a chapter with a particular kind of multiplication problems is coupled with a chapter that helps resolve inverted problems with division. I would recommend this book for anyone trying to help their children understand how important multiplication and division concepts are.

   This book needs revised.
Most word problems are literally fine, but there are also a few silly word problems... word problems that make you cock your head to the side and ask yourself “Why? ”. Why would the authors take an opportunity to write mathematics relevant and make this ridiculously silly problem? I have told all my students that word problems are life. Any math we use in our lives has to be word problems ''. I teach them to “ see ” the problem before trying to figure out what operation to use to solve it, so it is critical that they get the reinforcement that this is relevant to their lives. Being given silly inane problems only reinforces how much they hate math and how unimportant it is for their lives. However, nothing could be less true. Get rid of these problems and this book is GREAT! Unfortunately, previewing all the worksheets and eliminating the inane before letting the kids work through is critical.

Word problems you dont need to read
There is no point in creating a word problem when you tell the student ahead of time that its a division problem. Children find the numbers and divide the larger number by the smaller number. A page or two is perfect, but the majority of sections should be arithmetic word problems so that students have to read the problem, figure out what is going on and determine what operation to use. We look elsewhere for buyers. You can hardly get anything less useful.
