Teaching that sin means we can't be friends with God anymore?
Derived From Web , Mar 3, 2021
Very excited to receive this highly rated book and read it to our grandchildren, but was very puzzled by the teaching on Page 25 : Adam and Eve... not to be friends with God anymore? I read this quote 4 times in 2 days to our grandchildren because they wanted to read and re-read this new book that I said was so important to me. The teaching is that if we sin, we can not be friends with God, and if we sin with our friends, we can not be friends with them. That is distorted theology at the beginning of the book, isn 't it? Am I missing something here? I look forward to reading your comments at [email protected] com.

My son loves this bible!
Derived From Web , Dec 31, 2020
I think we're in the fourth season of the show. My son started showing interest in reading about a year ago, so I bought him this Bible, and he absolutely loves the bright colors, illustrations, the concise storylines and everything about it. He wears dozens of times a day, and he flips one of these out. He is very hard on his books, and this is the fourth one we purchased in 2020, and is just in time to start the new year. I posed one that is new and the other that is nearly 4 months old for comparison. The purchase was well worth it for us.

Excellent Bible for kids - Laugh and Grow is an accurate title!
Derived From Web , Oct 11, 2020
Beautiful illustrations by . Clear descriptions of complicated biblical history are provided. At the end of each chapter, great, thought provoking questions prompted for family discussion and prayer. Here is a picture of the chapter 10 Commandments. The language is kid-friendly and allowed us to keep the lessons in our daily lives. Paul Vischer, thank you!

Perfect start to our mornings!
Derived From Web , Sep 23, 2020
I am so happy that I found this Bible storybook! It is exactly what I was looking for to lay a foundation for our daughter. She is only 3 and loves it, but I think that this book will be part of our day for many years! I see this as appropriate until they are probably 6-7 years old. Love, love, and love this Bible storybook!

disappointed
Derived From Web , Jul 28, 2020
The Bible is overall okay, but I personally don 't agree with the age range for this Bible. The Bible has missed so many opportunities for details. ( This was to be my 7th birthday bible for her daughters upgrade ). MY daughter was very vocal that her first Bible actually had more details than this. Its very kiddish and misleading title of laugh and grow for children who learn with a mix of humor. i would probably recommend this Bible to a five-year-old, which makes it pretty useless to us.

Full of Good Bible Theology for Kids
Derived From Web , Jun 10, 2020
We read it to our children every night since we got it. Teachings and explanations are so well thought out and laid out. If you want a Bible story book for your children that goes deeper than many of the Bible story books in the early years, then this is it!

Perfect Bible for young school-aged kids
Derived From Web , Jun 8, 2020
This Bible is perfect for my 7 - year old. Many children's Bibles are written too simple, but this provides more details and explanations that he can understand. After each story, I also love the section called Family Connection. It helps us parents make sure he has received the important parts of the stories and is a great talking point. He still loves that there are pictures, lol.

Nice book!!
Derived From Web , Jun 8, 2020
This looked like a very fun book for children, unfortunately it seemed a little too juvenile for my 11 year old, so I had to return, but it would probably be perfect for 3-9 year olds!
