Check your ego
Derived From Web , Feb 3, 2020
I have a hardback that is 300 pages. Well-written, well-paced. I read the book in a short time. In my career, I've been in a number of management and leadership roles. The author's advice was sound and practical. He covers many conditions and circumstances. While his background is in the military, I believe his observations and advice can be applied to the civilian sector in the book. If you're just starting out in your career, it's a good idea to read it for advice on how to handle it. If you've been in management and leadership for a long time, you should read it to remind yourself of what works and what doesn't. As the author reminds, keep your ego in check. Your ego is a poor master. You should read the book.
