   useful in every kind of organization
The philosophy of COACH K is natural human, but is based on simple motivation and system of values. The true value of this book is showing a path of natural leadership phiolosophy of COACH K. MIke KRZYZEWSKI Extraordinairy Basketball Trainer is also an extraordinairy LEADER whose POWER is based on VALUES LEADERSHIP. He is an example of LEADERSHIP BASING ON PERSONAL CREDIBILITY. He is an actual example of his values. Somebody can say, OK, but this is a pedagogical job... But COACH K is also efficient as a US OLYMPIC TEAM COACH. His philosophy of working and building a strong relationship was also useful in this case. Great book for every leader.

This is without question the best sports and business book ever written. This book also teaches and reminds us to be responsible, thoughtful, caring and decent human beings. Being a good and decent person works really well and will get you somewhere. Never let it be my job, enter your mind. Get it done and stop the whining. Team work makes all the difference in the world in sports, business, family and life. When you think of the super great people in this world, Coach K '' is one of those unique and credible ones on the top of the list. Coach K is a very humble and decent human being and his actions speak positively for himself. The book has a great flow and is a never dull moment to read.    It's all about motivation
It is of course all about basketball and coaching young men to reach their peak performances. But I was impressed by the degree of emotional intelligence described by Coach K in working out what would be the best strategy to motivate both the team in difficult situations and individuals to perform to the best of their ability for both their sake and the team. To be honest, seems to me what makes him such a successful coach, his ability to tailor his approach to maximize motivational impact. This is something that many of us could learn to be more successful leaders.

   A Truly Inspirational Read!
As a fan of Duke basketball, I was interested to see how Coach K operates when the Duke Blue Devils coach. After reading his book Leading with the Heart, I discovered several things about him that I never knew before. This book gives a great depiction of the life of a boy who, when he grew up, wanted to become a successful person. This boy grew up with hard work and perseverance to coach Mike Krzyzewski, one of the greatest basketball trainers in history. Not only does this book talk about being successful, it also points out several leadership qualities that can help you improve your life. I would encourage everyone to read this book and use the knowledge that it possesses in life. Truly, the world has changed.

   Wow what a unique book on Leadership!!!
This book was a full stroke read as Coach K brings us through his life and tenure as a basketball coach at Duke University on the road. The stories are great, however it is the values that you acquaint through this book that make it stick. I have noticed a new hunger for discipline, a need to study my team in the eye and be honest, and a love for winning. Coach K reimagines what is winning in life and is a must read for those who love the genre of sports management. EH + DC + EH
