my son is a reluctant reader
For whatever reason, this style is very attractive to him and we read both books 1 and 2 back to back and he asked why I didn 't buy him the third. Norm, write more early readers!

   Cute book
I got them as gifts for my cousins 3 and 5 years old. As a fan of Norm's comic strips, I was excited to see something by him for a younger audience.

These have become regulars in our house
These are great paperback books with fun stories. Each book is divided into three parts. They are just the right kind of children for learning to read. They have good humor, age-appropriate grammar and are relatable for young children. Three to seven year-olds will enjoy them.
