Letting Go describes a simple and effective means by which to let go of the obstacles to Enlightenment and become free of negativity. During the many decades of the author's clinical psychiatric practice, the primary aim was to seek the most effective ways to relieve human suffering in all of its many forms. The inner mechanism of surrender was found to be of great practical benefit and is described in this book.
Dr. Hawkins's previous books focused on advanced states of awareness and Enlightenment. Over the years, thousands of students had asked for a practical technique by which to remove the inner blocks to happiness, love, joy, success, health, and, ultimately, Enlightenment. This book provides a mechanism for letting go of those blocks.
The mechanism of surrender that Dr. Hawkins describes can be done in the midst of everyday life. The book is equally useful for all dimensions of human life: physical health, creativity, financial success, emotional healing, vocational fulfillment, relationships, sexuality, and spiritual growth.
It is an invaluable resource for all professionals who work in the areas of mental health, psychology, medicine, self-help, addiction recovery, and spiritual development.
It takes about 7 Hours and 17 minutes on average for a reader to read Letting Go: The Pathway Of Surrender. This is based on the average reading speed of 250 Words per minute.
Letting Go: The Pathway Of Surrender is 400 pages long.
Letting Go: The Pathway Of Surrender is book #9 in the Power vs. Force Book Series and comes after Healing And Recovery and comes before

I let go of the book one night because I was so upset, and it was a different experience because I owned the feeling instead of being restricted. He said that the root of my anger was fear. As long as I'm alive, I'll continue to practice the technic learn in this book. It is very easy and could do wonders for my life.

Drop the baggage by bringing awareness to what you're carrying
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
Insightful read to build awareness for what you're feeling and to learn how to not repress but rather observe in order to process emotions until they've run their course and can be released. The spectrum of emotions that each umbrella emotion encompass, shades of strong to subtle, was described by Hawkins. It helped me understand what I was feeling. He gives examples of how internal energetic shifts occurred following his method of letting go. There is a sense of peace found in the process, however I have not experienced any changes. It can be applied in a moment to moment manner. Maybe peace is the ultimate goal.

Much needed medicine!!
Derived From Web , Apr 20, 2022
It was what I needed to read. This book can help you regain your composure, realign you with what really matters in life, and get you back on your feet, if you have suffered the loss of several loving relationships and friends like I have in recent years. One can do that with letting go. I'm thankful for this book. The ego and its destructive behaviors are the enemy of being. If you have had many wake-up calls that have woken you up, and you are now looking for answers, I suggest that you buy this book. I would like to thank Dr. Hawkins! Your book is helping me get back to normal.

Superstition, not science
Derived From Web , Jan 3, 2021
I think it's possible to let go of negative feelings, but you never learn how to do it in the book. You get superstition instead. He was either a fraud or a fool.

a few good concepts but read with caution
Derived From Web , Oct 18, 2020
There are some useful concepts in this book, but the examples are terrible. They would go away if you told a woman that her migraines and ulcer were caused by being a feminist and that missing someone you love is placing an undue burden on them if you grieve their loss. I am all aboard the positive thinking and energy attracts positive energy train, but someone seeing an aura of ectoplasm hovering over his left ear is not strong evidence of this. The author gives the reader a list of 4 things that are ridiculous.
