When it is 99% of the time a lie! Why do we spend so much of our lives believing the lies, like... I 'll be happy when I'm skinny, or I 'll be happy when I have a boyfriend, etc. I recommend reading the study guide to go with it!

Loved doing this with my teenage daughters! It was awesome to see how their perspective changed about themselves and others as they realized God's truth and stopped believing the lies that the enemy had them believing. I would recommend this book to any young woman!
