Eating Disorders: Believe You Can Change Your Life!
Jenni has a very good story to tell, writes Blair. Even after Jenni made incredible progress toward living without ED, the temptations, potential relapses, and ED's demanding to come back into and control her life never really ends, it's just that she has to keep living. The upshot is that she gained enough confidence, with the help of family and friends, to face him and keep him at bay, she said. Her personal journey is well worth the read.

   Great book. Fun
So helpful in seeing how the voice inside our heads can really influence us to be crazy with food and body image issues, Blair said. In her first interview, the star opens up about how she struggled with her eating disorder, but how she eventually found her voice. It's helped me become aware of those messages and how they are and how to combat them, Mr. Caramore said. Simon and Schuster are delighted with this book. There's just too many good jokes around here, serious or downright hopeful.

First hand account of someone battling an Eating Disorder, Ed.
Ed Pratt, a recovering addict, went public with his story of being treated for an eating disorder. The book is also useful to people who have had an eating disorder themselves or someone close to them. While the book is relatively easy to read, it can be hard to read if you, yourself or someone you know is going through this. It was Ed's first night in my home and he became my youngest daughter's best friend. Ed is a vindictive, malicious liar. Don't read this book if you are not a fan of Rowling's work. Or work through it with your family or therapist. It is still one day at a time for my daughter, but, now those days are becoming weeks. There are going to be times when you have to make some tough choices, Bruno said. Will always try to put his foot in the door and weasel his way back into our lives, Harrison said. The security tape shows Dr. Goin coming down the walk and slamming the door in his face.

   good book
I've read a lot of recovery books. This is truly inspirational, Hugo said. It's important to see examples of recovered people because it seems so impossible to get there. There are some great tips in the book, too.

   Very helpful perspective
The book offers a very helpful perspective on eating disorders. The approach to overcoming ED is to recognize Ed as external to you and to divorce him, Graham said. The author takes you through her process while providing many different tools and exercises to use your own process for your own life.

   Read this!!
I recommend this book to anyone. Thanks to Dr. Goin for helping me get back on track. It was a really hard book, but I was assured by the writer that it was worth it.

I was expecting a person's name to be written in the book, but it was clean.
The cover arrived a little bent, but otherwise it was what I expected, Mr. Dhaliwal said. I enjoyed receiving the book earlier than anticipated, Morgenthau said. Thanks for your wonderful service.

... been through ED treatment twice this book was a fantastic lifeline. It helped me be able to separate ...
Sarah, who has battled ED twice, said the book was a lifeline. It helped me to separate my thoughts from ED thoughts, and gave those around me insight into the things I was feeling, he said. He says it would be "perfect" for people suffering, who are not suffering, or just anyone interested in learning more.

   Great read
A helpful tool to understand the struggle of those with an eating disorder—Thankful for Jenni's journey and allowing us to glean from her experience, said Blair.

Save your money and check it out at the library.
It's fine, said Blair. In a recent interview, McCartney said: "I had a difficult time relating. A bit annoying, said Mr. Ridgeway. I'm glad the strategy of [personifying] her eating disorder and worked for her, Raymond said. The only thing I can say is that it doesn't work for me. The switch back and forth between Blair and her therapist didn't win me over either. I'd have liked to have seen the book at the library, Mr. Goin said.
