Printing on one large card was messed up .
I might have gotten a defected. I bought it for Xmas. Tho loved the concept. But don 't know if others have also had this issue with the printing.
   Great pictures for whats included.
Love that the pictures are child friendly and have both English and Spanish description. I do wish that there were more of the original images included. La Chalupa has always been one of my favorites in the Orignal game and the Boat with the Lady in it is not a feature in this version. The quality is great in general and seems to hold well and the images are beautiful. So, great purchase still.
   maybe for the very young
We played with three adults and three children, who all played traditional loteria. By comparison, and I realize that it is a different game, this game was very slow and eventually boring. I think the traditional version is more educational and just as fun as this '' claims. I, however, gave it two stars because it could be a good memory game if the kids like it.
   I’m so excited!
Unlike the original version, this is completely kid friendly, and does not include la muerte or el diablo. All the cards are large, so I'm confident that it will hold for a long time.
   Family fun night!
My two year old loves this game so much, she captured the concept immediately and asked to play it daily. The game cards and calling cards are made of a thick enough material that it could withstand a toddler. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking for a fun game that the entire family will enjoy.

I am a counselor for a school district and I bought this for my children. I work with children who know very little Spanish and work with others who have migrated from Mexico and know very little English. The smiles and the confidence in each child when they get to read these cards loud is magical. It is incredible what Lil Loteria is doing for these children. This game does what I hoped it would do, building up confidence for every child I encounter.
   I play this almost everyday
Every day after he finishes his homework, my six-year-old nephew comes and asks me to play with Lil Lotera. He basically doesn 't even realizes that he is doing more homework because it is so much fun. And to top it all off, the cards are top art pieces. Great all around ''
This is such a beautiful product! The game boards and the cards are ...
My husband is Mexican and we play Loteria whenever the family gathers for Thanksgiving and Christmas together. Our two year old wanted to play with the adults that Thanksgiving, so when we got home I started looking for the traditional game to purchase and found this instead and could not be happier! She is still too young to really understand how to play, but she LOVES looking at the cards and has already picked up the vocabulary.
