Sweet story....but, didn't Lily die in Another Book...?
Derived From Web , Mar 10, 2020
It is often referenced in different books that the main dog character remembers a boy named Bailey, but if Lily is reincarnated Bailey, how is it possible for Lily to be alive when she has already died in another dog story? My daughter feels overanalyzes these details and is duped when little tidbits of info don 't add up.

About a rescue dog- don't have to have read other books
Derived From Web , Nov 20, 2019
You do not have to read the books before it is to understand what is going on. Occasionally, there will be a word she needs help with or a word she doesn't know the meaning of. Discussion questions are done by chapter. Update : My daughter says this is her favorite in the series so far.
