My 2 year old loves Little Owl's night, so we had to get her Little Owl's colors and 123, she loves seeing the animals reappear in all the books. The artwork is cute and keeps her attention with just a sentence or two per page, and is a fun way to review her colors with her. Each page has the color, bold and in the corresponding colored letters, written on the corner of the page, in the corresponding capital ink. I was a little disappointed that they left the color purple, which could easily have been included as flowers on the page with pink. This book also introduced a few new animals that weren't found in the other two books -- dragonflies, a bunny, butterflies, bees and a Cardinal. My daughter was happy that she finally named the badger after appearing in both her other books in the artwork, but was not mentioned directly in the text!

Every time I pick her up from day care, she comes with this book for me to read before we leave. I finally order them so that we can have them at home. When I ask her what book will you read what book it never fails to gets all her 3 little owls books! I love myself that the drawings are so beautiful! I recommend this book to everyone.
