   Sad but true story
There was an incident in a small town where I lived. It is a long and detailed book, but it is a true story and the book is researched and written well. I couldn't put it down. This author has written many more books since this one and they are all about serious and deep subjects.

   Another great story documented
The book was a great read, but like the real story, it was tiring. I routed for the homeowners, but I believe the author did a good job for both the homeowners and the political players. Imagine what NL could have been had the original vision come to fruition. This type of narrative is important. I enjoyed reading, but I wish it was just fiction. The residents of Fort Trumbull might agree.

Eminent domain is a challenge in many cities. The citizens of Turnbull have more power. The area never being developed but the homeowners having to move. Kelo's husband had a miracle recovery. A good read.

What a story for those of us who have stood up to fight gentrification and to stay in our homes. I salute the real- life warriors of this story, because I expect this to happen across the US and the world. The story is compelling and powerful. I can't wait for the movie.
