   Worth it
For the second year, I am homeschooling my daughter. She will be in the 2nd grade. We plan to study a country per month for social studies. These books are great for a hands-on learning tool. I'm so happy that I found them.

   GREAT early readers
Unsere favorite early readers are ready to read. I like that some are coming in these 6 book sets. It is itself a fun pedagogical unit.

My seven-year-old daughter LOVES these books! She carries this level of reading perfectly, and she loves learning very educational and she carries on how other children live in different countries.

Great for little geography buffs & other curious kids
My son loved all books in this set. I recommend these books for any young kid who is into maps or has a lot of questions about different countries! We have every book in this series, including a couple that are not in this set, and they are all great! The author really has a gift for reading a lot of information, some of it quite sophisticated, into a very short, humorous book that can be read by very early readers. I don 't know how the authors of these ready to read non-fiction books do it, but they have TREMENDOUS talent.

Perfect for teaching preschoolers world geography.
This collection is my favorite! I have made a book disc for each so that we can place the location on the world map and find it on the location.

Great little books for early readers and providing exposure to other countries and cultures.
She wanted to read them for the first time to her. And she is a great little reader, so she took it from there. The really interesting thing is how much she wanted to talk about what she read. She then developed a list of the foods she wanted to visit and even what countries she wanted to try. The books were colorfully illustrated and had pronunciation tips for all new words. We will purchase more of these books for her Christmas about other countries.
