   Such a cute book for learning the alphabet!
The librarian at the high school where I teach have small children, so I asked her to recommend a book for my two and half-year old grandson for Christmas. She said her children love this one and now my grandson does too! What a lovely book! Not only are the illustrations so amusing, but the letters also provide career ideas. To be honest, the careers are not just run-of-the-mill jobs. A very creative book, all the way around!

   So cute you should buy the bigger hardcover version!
My 18 month old daughter loves to read this book and talk about what the Peas are wearing and doing, which is why I recommend buying the LARGER VERSION!!! We love this book! It will make a great addition to your little library!

   3 yr old daughter loves it for the lady bug hunting; I like it for the letter recognition
My daughter is 3 and at first does not seem to like this book. Perhaps because it isn 't as obvious as other books are. However, once she discovered that there is a lady bug hiding on each page, she was more into it. She likes it so much that I will receive another one of Keith Baker's Pea books.

   Hardcover order - received a boardbook
Very disappointed because I wanted to use it in my classroom, but board books are so much smaller than a real hardcover book. I gave 2 stars because I like the content but the choice between paperback and hardcover is misleading.

   Book Not as Advertised
When you think of a hard cover, the cover is hard and the pages are paper. I have the book and it is a baby board book. Since it is a board book, it should say that and not hardcover. My student is still excited to read it, but feels silly reading a book designed for a baby.

   Nice alphabet book!
This book is delicious and it will be great to teach the alphabet. My daughter is also 15mo and knows a few letters already, so I focus on the letters themselves for now and then I bring in all the details in the text of what the Peas are doing and shows how the letter works. Very cool idea for a book, wish I had thought of it!

   Really cute, but small text for reading
The only problem is that the font size of the text is small enough that I really need my reading glasses to read it to my granddaughter, and I don 't always plan ahead and have them nearby. This is the one change I would make. It is otherwise super cute.
