   A really cute book.
The children loved this book. The adults loved it. We replanted our own plants as well and this book kept the kiddos engaged. They loved the story and the pictures. They loved the story and the images.

   Sharing patience and gardening
I really enjoyed reading this book with my granddaughters, I really enjoyed reading it. It is not about how to grow a garden, but about relationships and sharing.

   Beautiful Illustrations and Story
I recently introduced my great grandson, My Granddaughter, to gardening. This book is a must buy. The illustrations are beautiful and my granddaughter loves to see a little girl garden like her. Great addition to your children's bookshelf, great addition to your bookshelf, toddlers.

Story around a garden, not gardening process
This book is absolutely precious! The illustrations are beautiful and the illustrations are beautiful. The downside is that I was hoping for a book about the process of gardening - digging, planting, watering, etc. This book is about a child who wants to grow a garden, decorating it to make it special and enjoying it with her friends. The process is literally just Lola and Mommy make the garden '' and then the sprouts come up. It is still sweet and wonderful, but not exactly what I was looking for. My 2.5yo son loves it even though it is a little bit pricey!

   Such a sweet little book!
I'm obsessed! '' I will buy more from the collection. The illustrations are so cute. Simple and short, but longer than I expected - perfect for my toddler, who just turned 2. I purchased the hardcover because paperbacks will never survive my child LOL. Why do the Spanish versions of the hardcovers cost so much more? , '' .

   True to Life Series
I bought my now 2 year old boys Leo Can Swim when we started the swim class last summer and it was very accurate to what they would be experiencing. When we decided to start a garden that spring, I wanted to get another book that we could relate to. I was so happy when this book appeared in my search. I love that it shows how Lola and her mother interact and work together on the projects and the steps it takes to grow a garden. The boys loved Lola and now they love Leo.

I love the Lola series of books
I love the series of books by Lola. I love the fact that the character is black, as I've found it difficult to find children's books that contain characters that look like them. I wish more books like this existed and that they were easier to find! These are positive and very sweet books. My children love me.

My daughter relates well to Lola!
My 4 yr old fell in love on sight with this book. Mommy Lola looks like ME! Her hair is curly like mine! She loves to garden with me and this makes her even more eager to learn about gardening. Great Book!
