   Very good
It is trite, biblically sound and doesn't fall into the pseudo-psych babble or straightforward self-help phrases. Instead she introduces verses that have helped her and others and invites you to also study and apply them. I will read some chapters again for a deeper study.

This book is life changing, I read a lot of Christian books, but this book is so practical that even the youngest of Christians can read and understand it, Tis is about the 10th copy I have owned because I always give it away. Ms George and her husband have written many good books, but none stand out like this. I am not alone in this praise for the book...

   Meditate on the truth
Phil takes : 48 and breaking it into the things we are commanded to focus on. One of these things is true in whatever things. What is true, this book is really helping me to change my thought process and how I approach my doubts.

I did this in a small group setting and I used the leader's guide for discussion, although this was not really necessary as the chapters in the book lend themselves to discussion on their own.

Love This Book Love It! This book helped me to realize that God is always with me and protect me regardless of the mistakes I make in my life. I started reading Scripture that helped me get through my every day life after my 20-year marriage ended in divorce. I emailed copies of this book to my friends and family.
