Book Overview

A Lil' Libros Bilingual Anatomy Book

Since its debut in 1863, the sport of Lucha Libre has earned the love and respect of millions of people around the world. Inspired by the colorful world of wrestling, this book will introduce children to body parts, and their first English and Spanish words with the help of super heroes with masks and capes

Unable to find bilingual first concept books she could enjoy reading to her baby, Patty Rodriguez came up with the idea behind Lil' Libros.

Patty and her work have been featured in the Los Angeles Times, Rolling Stone, CN Latino, Latina Magazine, Cosmopolitan, People En Espanol, Cosmo Latina, and American Latino TV, to name a few. She is currently Sr. Producer for On Air With Ryan Seacrest-iHeartMedia, jewelry designer for MALA by Patty Rodriguez, and creator of Manolos And Tacos.

Ariana Stein, a graduate from California State University, Dominguez Hills, has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Ariana spent the first eight years of her professional career in the corporate world. Her life changed with the birth of her baby boy. She immediately realized that bilingualism played a very important role in his future, as well as the future of other children.

   Awesome!
This book is perfect for any little wrestler. I bought this as a gift for a two-year-old boy. Each page has a different body part in both English and Spanish. The images are very loud and colorful, which should keep the attention of a child. Book is very cool!

   Wonderful and Exciting
This book is simply delightful and has wonderful pictures. My son turned one year old and this book is wonderful for him. It is just the right picture for younger toddlers who want to look at funny pictures. I'll probably buy more books by Lil Libros.

   Cute book, but...
I have five of the Lil books, I have to say that this is my least favorite and I really want to like it. I grew up watching Lucha Libre so I was excited to introduce it to my kid. However, certain body parts don 't make sense of legs, head, nose... I mean it makes sense to me, but is kind of confusing for a 1.5yr child who is learning her body parts. I 'd give it a 3.5x rating.

   Genial
En lo personal podria ser que los nios se confundan un poco, pero aun as nos gusta mucho ya que, aparte la temática como siempre encantadora, mi bebe sabrá quien son los luchadores que tanto le gustan a su abuelo xD.

Missing Spanish articles but fun book
As it is, each page says the English and Spanish word just the same. My son loves this book because we read it to him like Luucha announcers. It's fun!

   Repeated Page, Very Simple
I really wanted to love this book ''. I read about Lil Libros and wanted to support the idea, as well as my 12 month old language skills. The illustrations are colorful and I love that the concept focuses on Locha Libre, but I expected more than one word on each page and one of the pages-the one with the referee's legs-was repeated. I return the book.

I am happy with both the content and the quality. Thanks.
Love these series of the English Spanish books by Lil Libros. I bought all the books for my daughter and even a Lil Libros print poster. I am happy with both content and quality. Thanks ''.

   Surprisingly Terrible
I am shocked by all good reviews ''. Sometimes the illustrations are creepy. The Leg Page has a close up drawing of a Reeves Crotch and Legs. The book was very disappointing.

Great Board Book for Young Kids
My son is only 10 months old now, but he is still very interested in the book. My husband really wants to teach him Spanish, so I bought this book for the two of them to enjoy together. In the future, I think we will buy more books by Lil Libros!
