This guy is tapped

Fight Club is the first Chuck book I' ve read, and this is the second. I wanted to see what he could do with his writing. He draws you in and almost forces you to relate to the characters, whether it is the main characternarrator guy, the woman or the kids. They are all here for something different. I will recommend it to anyone who would like to read it in a few minutes. The guy is twisted in a bad way.

Compelling in the best worst ways.
Derived From Web , Feb 8, 2022
I was sad but relieved when this one ended. My new favorite book is from him. It's hard to say if this is darker than his others, but there were parts where I grimaced, winced, tensed up, and shuddered. I couldn't put it down after I finished the book on Wednesday. I don't like saying his stories have a twist because each page is pretty much another turn, another spiral, another unending row of antiqued furniture in a maze of a wholesale warehouse or a curving, twisted spell in an ancient grimoire. He does not pull Sixth Sense at the end. Each character has their own story to tell. This book took a lot out of me and it was worth every second.

A Fast-Paced, Thrilling Read
Derived From Web , Feb 8, 2022
Lullaby is full of magic and movement and is a fast read. The premise captures the reader's attention with ease. The book moves fast. His charatcer, Carl, Helen, Oyster, and Mona, are all different to each other in ways that complement each other. It's an allegory, but it's not obvious that the reader is distracted. Palahnuik fans will get their dose of his writing through this book, because his style is smooth yet choppy. I recommend this book to anyone looking for a 24 hour fix.

Where has he been? Every book I buy is better than the last. I would love to scream. I could have been reading this years ago, but I am late to the party.

It's a great, mysterious tale that gives thought to the power ...

I' ve been a fan of Chuck Palahniuk for over a decade. I needed to add this book to my collection. The tale gives thought to the power of words. It's full of twists and turns and has a dark comedy feel. I would recommend this book to everyone.
