Much of what is here is common sense, but it is still worth a quick read and has some helpful information.

Nicely written and to the point.
I bought this book for my husband, who is a team leader and looking for some insight into dealing with some difficult personalities in the workplace. He has been at a loss of how to approach the guys without making it even more problematic. He said that is a well-written book, easy to follow, is able to keep his interest so that he can finish reading it, is not too long or drawn out. He read the book quickly over our vacation and will try a few of the techniques out. He said that much of the advice did not seem to him common sense, but he felt that he learned from the book. If you come home exhausted and stressed from work by the end of the week, this book may have some ways in which you can improve your future workdays. My husband is happy to have read it all in one read and that I ordered it for him.
