Beautiful book
Derived From Web , Sep 22, 2021
It's smaller, which I like so I don't have to lug around a big leather book. Writing is great and there's a silver shine on the side of the pages.

I haven't gotten it yet...

But I wanted to respond to camogram. gramma is a penticostal christian that's commenting on things she knows nothing about.... hardly a new thing for those people. Those Catholics in communion with Rome have been dubbed “Roman Catholics.†The difference is that Catholics are defined as those who believe in the teaching of the Roman Catholic Church.

Must-have for any catholic
Derived From Web , Oct 3, 2020
This book has been a must-have for me. It has a lot of strategies and information on how to resist temptation to sin, and it includes lots of prayers, bible devotions, and examples of spiritual warfare from the lives of the saints. Physically, the book is in pristine condition. The cover is a faux leather with a nice texture to look at and touch, and the pages are of good quality paper. The letter is aesthetically pleasing and the size is large and easy on the eyes, the creator said.

not written by catholic, but Roman catholics
Derived From Web , Jun 3, 2019
The cover is beautiful. I give this three stars only because I had no idea it was written by roman catholics, it only says catholics. I did have to cross out and ruin about 14 of the book on praying to saints. It's just that Scripture never says it is acceptable to pray to anyone but the Father. Or Jesus. The rest sounds relatively well. The fact is, information passed on from a saint is different than praying to them. religiosity. Had I known the authors, I would not have ordered this book. He made good out of everything, even the impossible. There is some wisdom in our ancestors' language, Tunick said. They did not replace Christ. I hope that means something to someone.

A Call to (spiritual) Warfare
Derived From Web , Jul 20, 2017
It provided a good but basic theology for beliving in the existence of this battle and the importance of joining the battle. It then provided the basic equipment list for the spiritual warrior, starting with faith in the Holy Trinity.

So Good!!
Derived From Web , Apr 13, 2017
I haven't finished it yet, but I'm on page 195. The book has been a real eye opener. But honestly, this book isn't for the faint of heart. There are some very sobering and mature topics that I would not tell my kid. My wife can barley hear the various exorcism stories. But if you can hear about how saints battle demons it's really an empowering read! The book has helped me find ways to dismiss temptations and discipline myself against committing my most frequent sins. Sins I never thought I would be able to control. I'm still working on becoming slow to anger but that's a very difficult one. Through the methods of the saints I have adopted techniques from this book by which to gain self-control, he said. At last, we have all achieved what we want most from life: self-control. It's great to be back home, said Blair.
